External rating for admin links ?

how can i offer my users the external rating, then i put the links into the database ?
I'm searching for a way send a email to all linkusers of the links i did into the database, so that they can use the external rarting without my help.

I don't fully understand your question, but isn't that what the getting rated feature is all about?

allowing your users to cast votes on their links from their own website?

yes, but Indexu aks for a password but the user didn't have such a password because i put the links into the database.
Hm, i think i need to install indexu to test it
