Error 500 for my site

Hello,

my indexu site http://www.nelweb.biz/ has 500 Internal Server Error..

No change was made to the site, can help me..

My indexu version is 5.3

5.3 is not officially supported, but try removing .htaccess.

Let me know what happens.
