Email issues

I am having same problem, I get the email that I am awaiting validation, admin get email that a link was added, but no links to validate on admin panel.

BTW in the email for admin, it takes one to cp rather than admin to validate (I checked on cp, nothing there either)

You need to stop replying to previous threads and adding "me too" posts. While your issue or issues may be similar, they may not be caused by the exact same reason.

You get an email saying a listing is awaiting validation but there is nothing to validate.

1) Was the listing added?
2) If it was added, did you check the permissions in that category?
3) Did you add the link as an admin or as a user? Admins don't require link validation but will still trigger the validation emails

I added the link as a user
I got the page that says thanx, wait for validation and get 2 mails for the user and the admin, but NO LINK was added
Anyone can add links, no need to register

I can't read the form, it gave me "contact name cannot be empty" but I don't know what field that is. Doesn't matter though, the issue appears to be your form. When choosing a category the dropdown isn't working properly.

All I did is arbized the field names, and removed link type and payment gateway as I dont use them
could that be the cause?

I went back to old form, still the same
subcats were not showing as I had ajax on, turned it off
