Editor For Entire Site??

I know a user can be an Editor for a particular category and / or sub-cat. Is it possible to make a user an Editor for the entire site??? I'm going to have someone help me with getting the overwhelming amount of links awaiting to be approved on my directory, but dont want to give the person Admin access.

With you being the GodFather of IndexU and all, I would think you would have NO PROBLEMS turning something like this into a Mod

I would just ask that you make it Sept's Mod. I need it pretty bad and would hate to wait until November to get it

Editors are category specific so it's not possible to add an editor sitewide.
