Edit Top Rated & Hot Listing Templates?

OK, so I'm totally stumped now (and I'm sure it's a simple answer). I'm just about done customizing my INDEXU site at http://www.commpiled.com, but I can't find the templates for the Hot and Top Rated listings to customize the appearance?

I thought it would be the files hot_link_rows.html and top_rated_link_rows.html, but they do not contain the elements I need to customize. Everything else was easy.

maybe the hot.html and top_rated.html files in the themes/default folder

or

$msg["10041"] thru $msg["10054"] in the msg.php file in the same folder
