duplicate reciprical url appearing in add form

Hi all,
Any ideas why on my 5.4 install when someone goes to add a link a duplicate field appears for reciprical url ?

I do not see it in the code for addform

for example ...
http://atozfitness.com/indexu_bu/add.php

You see it at the bottom.

Nope it appears to be in add_form.php but not within individual categories.
Where are you seeing it in the new theme ?

maybe it was in the cache as I don;t see it anymore.
