Default Detail.php CPU Server Hog?

I've been running Indexu 5.4 for quite a while now without any serious problems (at www.buzzsonic.dj ). Though to my horror my site was suspended yesterday by my web host for using too much server CPU.

Anyway, its back up now but Hostgator are telling me that it has something to do with the detail.php file in Indexu that is using too much CPU (this is the first time this has happened by the way).

Anyone any ideas why this could be happening all of a sudden?

Sorry if this topic is already here somewhere but couldn't find it using the forum search.

Thanks in advance

Adrian

You'd have to check your server logs to find out what was happening. Hostgator should be able to provide these for you.

It's quite possible that someone was spidering (data mining) your site. In that case all a user needs to do is load a program and tell it to get yoururl.com/detail.php?id=x where x is equal from 1 to infinity.
