well, v3.1 is alive and well as far as I know and is an excellent links program despite a couple of bugs which can be easily fixed.
Last I heard, v4 is being worked on but no firm date for a release. Not that a firm date has much meaning when it comes to releasing software.

you know that the bugs found in v 3.1 are not just 2 or 3 to say ( couple of bugs )! and if it is easy for one like you to fix it
also it is hard for one like me to do
!!!!
................ i think there MUST be an update for this version ............. or INDEXU will starts to lose its customers![]()
I knew some one would say there are more than 2 or 3. I guess I should say 2 or 3 significant bugs.
The bug are fairly well documented and the instructions for making changes are pretty clear. They really are not hard to do. Just use any text editor and make the changes...kinda like installing a MOD but much simpler.
Usually it is just a matter of changing a line or replacing a section of code.
But it would be nice if dody would incorporate them into the existing version of 3.1

I talk to dody recently and he is really working hard on v4 but dont' expect a release date anytime soon. Although he is working at making his job much easier for himself which means a better product for everyone.
yes I agree with esm... fixing bugs is a nice easy process... well at least for most of them..The bug are fairly well documented and the instructions for making changes are pretty clear. They really are not hard to do. Just use any text editor and make the changes...kinda like installing a MOD but much simpler.
