    Default Custom Work Paid For But Not Done.

    Hi Bruce,
    I have paid in full for custom work almost 2 weeks ago, it still hasn't been done. I have also requested quotes for further customisations.

    Hi Bruce, I have exhausted trying to contact you through admin@ email address - from which you originally emailed me.

    I am in big trouble with my boss for recommending NiceCoder to do the custom work and for licenses.

    A reply would be good to let me know if can do it at all.

    If you are too busy/don't want to/can't do it... in which case, I would like to have my money refunded.

    I still can't email out. My ISP hasn't fixed my issues with SMTP.

    I'll drop the mail dir onto my laptop and take it to a friends place tomorrow and will email you from there.

    Hi Bruce,
    Yes, You still could have replied to my tickets from the ticket system.

    I am really getting a hard time from my boss about this. I want to run with the NiceCoder unlimited license because I am familiar with it. I have advised to go with your unl license, we need to see that you can (and want to) do the work we have coming up. Are you interested in our upcoming work of a lot of customizations?

    I am not trying to come off as a smart ass, I just need to know if we are going down the right path, and you WANT to and CAN do it.

    I am not in the office tomorrow. Please just go ahead and complete the work as discussed. It has become urgent now.

    Bruce, GET in touch with me immediately. It is almost 3 weeks and I have not got what I paid for.

    Let me know if you don't want to do it and issue my money back. My boss is kicking my ass over this... really!!!!!

    Default I want the customization I paid for (almost 3 weeks ago!!!!)

    I have sent numerous support tickets and emails to NiceCoder. I would like the custom work that I have paid for done.

    Is there a reason WHY I am being ignored?

    The last email I got from Bruce was saying that the reason why he hasn't contacted me was because his ISP hasn't allowed sending of emails. (Which apparently ALSO means that no work can be completed, ticket help desks also go down and alternate emails will not work).

    Is there anyone there running this company or not?

    Your database has been imported. Category paths updated, number of links updated.

    But lets get some things cleared up here.

    The payment was made on April 5.
    On april 6 I emailed you telling you that the login did not work. You also neglected to tell me there was an existing database. This means I had to junk all the work I did and redo it.

    That's why you waited. I was ready and willing to go the day after payment. I suppose it was partly my fault for not checking first but when someone asks you to create a database for them, you just assume they don't have done one.

    So today I log in and what do I see now? You've added custom fields. Now I need to toss out what I already had again and start over.

    A database isn't just "add stuff to the bottom". It's all numerical. So once a single number changes, everything changes. If a single category exists, all of the categories that I am trying to import need to be renumbered. If a single link exists then all of the links need to be renumbered. And if custom fields exist then the fields that I created to import must be renamed so there aren't any conflicts.

    And now you know why it was delayed.

    Firstly, I know you are not saying that this is somehow my fault.

    Yes, ordered on the 5th and finally delivered on the 24th. You said in previous emails (twice) that you would contact me. You didn't. I haven't heard from you other than through the forum.

    If you need a specific amount of money in future, because of small obstacles, let me know. I will pay my way if it is justified.

    There doesn't seem to be any images loaded..

    Also, You also said you would also supply the following:
    - Quote on that Custom Design
    - Quote on Programming features

    Have you still got those details? Do you want me to send them to your email? (is it working?)

    Do you still want to keep working together? We have a LOT of work and we like IndexU - congratulations, it truly is a great piece of software. We also understand that you have had a rough time lately, but if you can let us know what YOU want to do and if we can have good support we will be happy.

    Some of the images have been imported into the latitude and longtitude as opposed to the Image1, Image2, Image3 custom fields.

    If it will be easier, we will do this job ourselves manually and further jobs of this kind we can start from a totally blank slate.... would this be better?

    None of the images will be uploaded, they are all linked to in the image fields. If you remember when we talked about it, the custom fields need to be added to the detail_link, update and add pages. This is where the image linking comes in.

    And to answer your question. Yes I am telling you that you delayed the work on your site. I said that above and it's the truth, I'm sorry if you don't like it but it's exactly what happened.

    As for the custom work, I'm no longer doing it. It's all being done by the programmers now. Tell the programmers to speak to me in regards to your billing. I'll give you a $100 discount on your next job with them.
