    Default Character error

    Hello,
I have trouble with characters, if I use the default encoding in header page and change the RSS notices to my country RSS this happened AgÃÂȘncia, paÃ*s. and the right is (AgĂȘncia, PaĂ*s) If I change to unicode the RSS notices characters works but the rest of characters in page not, I have the same trouble when use the fetcher meta tags. Anyone can point me in the right way? thank you

Essentially you would need to go through the script and replace instances of ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8

I found 48 instances of ISO-8859-1 in 23 files, most of them were in /soap/Nusoap.php

Default Use your own language code instead of UTF-8

UTF-8 is the worst idea. Always, use your own language caracter code if you do not wanna see strange caracters.
