Changed my server - script error

I asked to be moved to a new server because my vBulletin board wasn't working fully on the old server. Anyway i was moved to a better server and as far as i know nothing in the scripts code was changed, but now i get this :-

when i click on one of the folders on my indexu directory.
Please help.

Anyone got any ideas ?

Should i wipe everything and upload everything again doing a fresh install ?

Sorted my problem by my self.

What i did was open my files using FTP and delete all the counter & cache files.

I'm not sure if it's wise to do this, but it worked !
