cant log in admin panel

After I add my user name and password not log in to admin panel

Also I dont know how to change my user and password from my Database

I'm not positive if I'm following you or not, but if you just did a fresh install of the script, the default login information for the Admin section is as follows:

Username = admin
Password = admin

If you need to know how to change the password for the Admin section you can find it here:

Admin -> Users -> Search

Search for user 'admin' and then update the password to it.

If you need to change the username and password to your actual database, consult your hosting control panel on how to do it. cPanel makes it very easy to do

What is the error you receive after you attempt to log into the admin panel?

Can you log in to the index page and it shows you as logged in? If you can did you try visiting yoururl.com/admin/ after that?
