Can't download IndexU

Hi,

Why i can't download IndexU from client area ? it says that licence is not active or upgrade has expired, i want just download a copy not a new version.

If you are referring to orderID 5573 the license is active and is an IndexU Deluxe license that was upgraded from 5.x on May 8 2008. This was done via the free upgrade which gave users a free 1 month upgrade. it has now been over one month so access to the download is now restricted.

If i lose my copy of IndexU i can't download another ??? the same version i mean.

You can if your license is current, but the download is always the most current version and not the version you had. Users should keep a backup of their file(s).
