Can I make Basic a yearly fee

Trying to make the basic listing a yearly fee is this possible?

also what is Paid link price factor? How can I make it so that basic is $10 a year, sponsored is $50 a year and Premium is $100 a year. I would like to offer 3, 6, 12 month plans with 10% off for 6 months and 20% off for 1 year. No discount for 3 months.

Here's how the lising fees work, with a minor change from one of my sites for a yearly fee. Change the settings in Options - Setup.

Paid link day periods
30,60,90,180,365

This means that users can pay for a link that lasts 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days.

Paid link price factor
1,1.75,2.5,4.5,8

For the 30 day period, the link will cost 1 times the amount specified.
For the 60 day period, the link will cost 1.75 times the amount specified.
For the 90 day period, the link will cost 2.5 times the amount specified.
For the 180 day period, the link will cost 4.5 times the amount specified.
For the 365 day period, the link will cost 8 times the amount specified.

The cost is set by whatever you enter in Categories - View/Edit/Delete
