dont ask me, I just thought they looked like nice improvments !

I was just wondering where you got the info about these improvements. I paid for the add images with link before approval to be developed by zubby. Just wanted to know if i paid for something that will now be stock in the update for everyone.

that explains whey they are doing the improvments to image upload i guess... as it is an improvment I wouldnt be supprised if its released into the next version (?)

Yes, we're going to v3.3, perhaps this is the latest version of 3.x
This release is not only intended to bug fixed, but we also implement more advance features.
Current state: most of bugs have been fixed, smarty template conversion almost complete (we also provide converter from old indexu template to smarty, so you won't need to change at all). Payment integration has been tested and work well (e-gold, and 2checkout), but still need to implement a simple invoicing (let you create, send, and track invoice).
We also going to release new website, indexutemplate.com that provide high quality indexu template. We will provide indexu template, static page, and psd files, so you can modify the colors as you like.
This is a free service to indexu owner. Currently we still have 2 templates ready, we continually will add more templates.

We provide solution for your requirement, but it doesn't mean that we are not allowed to provide similar (i can say this is not 100% the same) to other users. The custom work/hacking job request is intended to help indexu users to meet their requirements, add more functionality that they want, and deliver the project in time. I think this is the differents between custom work and a normal users. Normal users should wait for release and forced to accept it as it is, while custom work can ask any things as they want.

sounds good. I have made lots of changes to the code AND templates, I know it will break a lot of my site if i upgrade - is it going to be possible for you to provide the code so i can manually install the changes i want? I know i can pick away at the 3.3 code and try working it out myself, but a text file with all the changes would be very useful... Im sure others would feel the same.
How will the smarty convertor work for sites that have added a lot of extra pages, and use different headers for the detail pages etc?

I'm reworking 3.2 at the moment, so if you need testers you get directly a german translation and may be the first steps for spanish translation for 3.3...
WHICH bugs are fixed ??
Same questions from my side, I add also differnet headers, footers, use several includes and so on. It will be very nice if there is a clear inctruction or code documentation what is new.

As v4.0 took another delay time, we decide to implement some features that v4 has developed so far. Although it contain v4 features, i could tell you that v3.3 will no match againt v4, V3.3 source code and architecture are become obsolate and no longer easy to maintain, it's too hard to develop advance feature in v3.x architecture.What is the timeline for 3.3? Also, will features from 3.2E be included in 3.3? Is this different from 4.0 versino that was talked about? Is this the same hype or are we getting close?
About v3.2E, honestly i never get involved with the features implemented there and i do not know what features implemented. But we always keep watching the trends and what competitor do. Todays, feature like reciprocal link checker and payment system integration are become must have features. So that why we do this. While we also trying to enhance current features, such as template system.
Well, it might be not a good news, but we have changed almost all files, so it may take days even weeks to update your codes. Our development environtment using version control, similar with CVS system, but we use subversion server. This system allow us see diff the files, we could easily compare v3.3 and v3.2 files.excellent! even which files have alterations for each mod is going to be useful.
