    Cool Best way to upgrade?

    Hi all

I was just wondering how everyone is going about the upgrade process here. Is it best to upload everything to a subdomain and perhaps connect it to a copy of your current database so you can upgrade and work on the design side. What with the big template change, I didn't want to mess up my current site. I guess the change over design will require some work and er what with the possible testing I mean feature finding . Are people here just going live? What is the best way to upgrade?

    Best wishes

Remember you will need to upgrade database structure as well. Not sure if 3.2 version can work with upgraded database. Make backup before upgrading.

Is there a detailed list of changes from v3.2 to v5.0?

    Default My plans

I plan on launching a new domain name and recreate my current site there. Then I'll upgrade to 5.0. Then instead updating my old site, I'm going to start with a fresh install (using the database import export function). Using my old site as a reference. I know this is more labor intensive, but I want to use this oportunity to learn more about the script.
