    Hi Guys

Just tried to back up of Database in Admin and getting this error message,

Fatal error: Call to a member function FetchRow() on a non-object in /home/ukcarper/public_html/admin/db_backup.php on line 271

Its happing in 2 of my sites but the others seem OK as far as I can tell.

Probably a stupid question but.... Is your /backup directory permissions set to 777???

I would suggest you perform a real backup anyways.

Use cpanel (or whatever control panel you use) to perform a full backup.

This type of backup will save your files, databases, accounts and anything else that you have stored on the server.

    Hi Bruceper

I will do backups via cPanel and yes the backup folder is set to 777.

Its funny that some of my sites its OK and others have same error message.

    Thanks

I'm not trying to not fix your problem, but the backup feature of IndexU is inadequate and the cpanel backup will serve you much better.

If you really want we can get into why it doesn't work.
