I was trying to backup my database as my site grows in size, but found out the timeout was only 60 seconds which wasn't enough.

So I changed the timeout in application and uploaded the application and my site came to a crash. Boy was I scared. I had no idea what was wrong until I found out that the application was completely new compared to after setup.

As a reminder to all. Do not upload application again. Once you setup your application, download the new application to your local folders then edit application.
