admin charset page

Hi

I have made my index.html chartset to windows-1256
so every visitor can read listings in both English and Arabic language.
but still the admin page is unable to read the arabic fonts,
where should I apply the change?

Speak with indexu team ((try using support ticket)) they have got Arabic template for the admin page

I did it
it is so simple
I changed the charset=iso-8859-1 to windows-1256
in admin_tpl/header.html
