Add site problem

I have change hosting and now i have a problem with indexu
I receive email when a customer marks it a site, but the site does not come inserted in the database and I cannot approve of it.

The site run on php5 and mysql 5.x
My site is Fiorry, directory con motore di ricerca.

Can you help me?

Have you looked in "Spam Links" to see if the submission got flagged for spam???

IndexU 5.4 wasn't made for PHP5 or MySQL 5. You should probably upgrade to Deluxe if you need to run on PHP 5 and MySQL 5

Your permissions may not be set correctly, check the category that the site was submitted to and make sure that the permissions are set to "Require Editors Approval"

Site isn't in spam link and permissions is correct.
The problem is php5?
