Default ACP Problem with accessing

I have a problem with Accessing to ACP - I am always redirected to info about incorrect license. I tried to change the license to another on with no luck - still the same problem. the button "reissue license" is not present.

License is active and there were no any kind of changes made today - yesterday I had no problem with accessing ACP.

I have created a ticket about that issue.

edit: the problem is growing: few hours ago I couldn't get into ACP only in one of my Directory, hour ago - 2 license were invalid, now 4 licenses are invalid.

I lost five hours and nothing.
Reset in the panel, open your page and oodles.
I wrote to Bruceper no response. Sure they consider us as thieves http://www.kps.pl even is null and void license he he he

Strong words Bobi - but i am sure they don't treat us as a thieves.

May be it is a problem with server license ? this problem isn't easy, I think, i can't find any starting point what cause such problem.

I hope this was the case. But. I only asked for help and immediately domain is blocked. (An interesting case. Shortly after that began to lock innych.A Bruce is not responding, with the other hand, very solid guy.I only wanted to help run a script on their system and home.pl FreeBSD system.

I am having the same problem too. I let bruce know last night -- he mentioned something about upgrading the license to deluxe, which happened many months ago. this has come out of the blue. locked out.

If you sent in a ticket, I have replied to it or you sent it after I went to sleep. I haven't answered any support tickets this morning yet but that's coming up shortly.

So here goes with what I suspect MAY have been the issue. But since I haven't experienced this issue I cannot confirm it. The only thing I can do is ask users to be patient and if the issue persists to contact me.

Last night at around 11:00PM CST one of the programmers messaged me saying they could not view nicecoder.com. Of course I checked the site and it was working perfectly fine for me.

I asked what error they were getting and they said "host not found". So I got them to do a ping and they got the error "unknown host"

I told them at that time it appears that their DNS wasn't functioning properly, and to make sure that everything was fine on our end that I would look over the nicecoder dns records.

Five minutes later they reported they could view the site.

I checked the DNS records and the only issue I could see was a CNAME instead of an A record for the FTP entry which I changed (yes I know there's not much difference)

I then changed some other settings which were set too high such as TTL and refresh times. The zone was saved and bind restarted.

Now saying that, this COULD be the issue. Since the records were set high for some reason it COULD be that the refresh rate was set to be HIGHER than how often your servers DNS server would fetch the records.

The only way for your server to fix this issue would be to either flush it's dns cache and fetch the new records, or to wait for the preset (old) value to expire and fetch the new records.

So this issue might be persistent for users for a short term, but after that it should go away. How short of a term? Up to 24 hours.

I have no idea why this issue suddenly cropped up but it has. And it's been dealt with and all I can do now is apologize and ask you to wait for it to resolve itself.

I can view nicecoder.com without any issues.

My work pc is on the same network as some of the sites which are having licensing issues, so I doubt that dns has anything to do with the issue.

Same Problem here cant login into the admin control panel

If I ask my hsot to flush there dns cache will that work?

As a followup, last night around the time when I was doing the DNS fixes, there were two support tickets in regards to licenses.

This morning, I decided to check the forum first and saw this thread and replied to it. Then I went to the help desk and there were over 20 tickets for this issue.

I have replied to all of those ticket (I think, I still have a few more replies to do).

If you did not receive a reply then check your bulk email box and make sure nicecoder.com is on your whitelist. For cpanel users you add nicecoder to the whitelist as below

.+\@nicecoder\.com

Also make sure you add *@nicecoder.com to your whitelist for your email client.

Anyways, I believe this issue has been fixed but it will take some time to resolve as DNS is a slow moving beast on the internet. Please be patient as there is nothing I can do to speed this up.
