2 sections, Identical catagories, customfields etc

I would like to have to sctions in my directory, local and forign
under these sections I want same catagories an customefileds etc.

How can I save time by copying (or whatever) from one section to another, and later if someone suggests a new cat, it would be replicated for both sections?

Custom fields would be the same throughout the entire site, so that's not an issue at all.

The categories (when suggested) would need to be added manually in both main categories. There is nothing in IndexU to duplicate categories.

As for the database, the categories can be duplicated easily if you use the spreadsheet I put on the forum and simply add the same line twice and change the parent id to reflect the main category ID's.
