Default Vertical Admin Menu Mod Ver 6

    Hi all

Recentley come across a great piece of software for Java/CSS menu creation

    Here opencube

so last few hours i was tinkering and tinkering and ended up modifiing indexus navagation menu.

this is what it looks like

    Here are the files .

these files are archived acordingly to the admin_tpl directory.

to install (backup first!) extract the menu.css,menu.html,header.html to your admin_tpl directory, overwrite if nesssacay. then copy the images to the images folder.

Clear your templates_c folder, and browse the backend.

    That should be working now

Its free you can do what you like with it, all the code is there in the menu.html and menu.css to load up as a template in open cube, so if your really want you could change this to a horizonal menu or whatever.

Only tested on Indexu ver6 (OBviously ) im not to sure about 5.4, but have a hunch it would work fine with some css tweeks.

BTW Thanks for fixing the client area, got my indexuv6 the next day, and i am happy with the renewal fee price. Well done Nicecoder Team[/I] (NOW for those Plugins)

Very nice, making the admin menu fit on one screen is a nice feature and will propably end up helping users to save time.

yep plug ins now! lots of people have been waiting/ holding off on mods because plug ins are so much easier for users... i need to get to work on some of my mods as plugins, will update as they are done... unfortunately its a super busy time for me for the next few weeks but i will see how i get on!

By the way, are all the templates version 6 compatible yet?

None of the templates are out yet other than Kosmos. I don't know which ones are being released, but they are coming.
