Text Link Ads & Google Checkout

I was just wondering is it possible to integrate Text Link Ads into the footer section and rightcolumn of the script?

Also will google checkout be added as a payment option in another update?

Text link ads uses PHP code is there any way of making this render on my homepage?

just paste php code into the template and use :

<%php%>

<%/php%>

instead of the <? and ?> i have it on my site.
