I think a "Suggest A Category" would be better.

Main category is obsolote imho - subcategory is much better - most people need to add their pages under specific subcategory not a main category (I know that - I have 3 different directories in poland).

"Suggest A Category" which actually refer to suggest a sub category.

and the admin should by informed by the path of the suggested subcategory not just send him the name of category without knowing where it should be!

You may download the latest nightly build or using svn client.

To download latest night build, use:
username: your email address in client area
password: your indexu license key, single or unlimited license, free license is not allowed

To download using svn client, go to client area, indexu > license & download > see the supplied svn document there.
