the pagination1 class will not affect anything inside the <a href></a> code (unless the <a> tag is set to inherit it from the <p> tag and that is not dody's style)

I really didn't look at INDEXU 6 and I am certainly not a CSS expert but i guess you could do it. INDEXU 6 uses a DIV instead of a P tag and still uses an inline STYLE tag. which interestingly has a bug because it shows style="color: " in the demo.
