Have AWS, Alexa and ThumbnailUtility.php now what?

Can anyone help me with this possibly?

I want to display the thumbnails similar to how they do it at
indexudirectory.com and I don't mind paying the .0002 cents per thumbnail for the moment.

Can anyone describe to me how to implement it?
I'd grapely appreciate any help or suggestions, as I've been thru mostly all the threads and posts about thumbnails and I haven't seen a description of how it's done using this paid method.
