    Default css files

I am slowly configuring my new purchase (v6).
When in my admin control panel under Templates/Template Manager I receive an error message when I click on any of the following css files:

    styles.css
    style-common.css
    style-normal.css
    style-short.css
    alter.css

    Is this normal?

    What is the error message?

One thing I'd like to mention is that the installer says it needs write premissions on alter.css, yet alter.css doesn't exist in my install.

I've looked in the installation files and I can't find any of the css files mentioned.

That would mean you haven't uploaded the file(s) in question. Reupload them from the zip archive you got from the client area.

I've looked in the Kosmos theme and none of the following css files are included in the zip file I downloaded from the client area.
    styles.css
    style-common.css
    style-normal.css
    style-short.css
    alter.css

The files do exist. They are in upload/themes/kosmos/

The only css files I can find in the zip file are:
    blocks.css
    cp.css
    layout.css
    main.css
    star_rating.css

I'll send a message to Dody about it, I wasn't even looking at file names. I just saw the css extension and knew that they are in the file.

I fixed this problem. Please use the nightly build version at www.nicecoder.com/svn/

I have downloaded and unzipped the nightbuild for v6 but the following files are still not present in themes/kosmos:
    blocks.css
    cp.css
    layout.css
    main.css
    star_rating.css

Does this mean that they are not required and the amendment has been made elsewhere so that the Template area in admin doesn't look for them?
I am new to IndexU and the reason I ask is that I have made a few changes to my current css files, made alterations to images and have also made a number of configuration settings.
I assume I don't have to go through the whole installation process again - I don't want to put myself back to square one?

    blocks.css
    cp.css
    layout.css
    main.css
    star_rating.css

    ARE in the nightly build

    The following files are NOT
    styles.css
    style-common.css
    style-normal.css
    style-short.css
    alter.css

Once the files are there you don't need to reinstall, just upload the missing ones.

I assume Dody has modified some other file(s) but as I don't know which I don't know what to upload to my server.

Those files do exist, they have been there since the release.
