    Default Checkbox Modify Length

How do you modify the length of the checkbox field?

I use it on my add page, But when I submit only half the options are visible in the detail page.

I have checked the database and all the options are available.

Is they a field in the database to modify the text length? I have tried the multiselect option and that works fine.

I must not be understanding you, because a checkbox doesn't have a length, it is simply a box that is checked or not.

Can you show your site so we can see what you want to do?

    Thanks for the replys,

    The add page is here
    Add a Listing

    and the detail page here
    Detail: Toyota MR2 T-Bar

When I am testing the add form, It does not include all the options I tick, On the checkbox.

When you look at the detail page, Its stops at "Metallic Paint" and misses the following options.

    Passenger Air-bag
    Power Steering
    Radio/Cassette
    Rear Wash Wipe
    Sunroof
    Tinted Glass
    Tow Bar
    Traction Control
    Trip Computer

    Passenger Air-bag
    Power Steering
    Radio/Cassette
    Rear Wash Wipe
    Sunroof
    Tinted Glass
    Tow Bar
    Traction Control
    Trip Computer

Your biggest issue is the name, they are all set to "options[]". For the form to be valid they all need to have their own name.

And even though I didn't see it, according to W3 you have a misplaced form tag Result for http://www.leedsautos.com/add.php - W3C Markup Validator

I have checked the database, and the custom option field is listed.

    INSERT INTO `idx_custom_field` VALUES ('options', 'Options', 'CHECKBOX', 'Air Bag\r\nAir Conditioning\r\nAlarm\r\nAlloy Wheels\r\nAnti-Lock Brakes\r\nAnti-Theft Device\r\nCD Player\r\nCentral Locking\r\nCruise Control\r\nElectric Hood\r\nElectric Mirrors\r\nElectric Seats\r\nElectric Windows\r\nFog/Spot Lights\r\nFull Service History\r\nImmobiliser\r\nLeather\r\nMetallic Paint\r\nPassenger Air-bag\r\nPower Steering\r\nRadio/Cassette\r\nRear Wash Wipe\r\nSunroof\r\nTinted Glass\r\nTow Bar\r\nTraction Control\r\nTrip Computer', 0, 0, 0, '', '0', '0', '0');
On the add form the custom options are listed, I ticked the following:

    Air Bag
    Air Conditioning
    Alarm
    Alloy Wheels
    Anti-Lock Brakes
    Anti-Theft Device
    CD Player
    Central Locking
    Cruise Control
    Electric Hood
    Electric Mirrors
    Electric Seats
    Electric Windows
    Fog/Spot Lights
    Full Service History
    Immobiliser
    Leather
    Metallic Paint
    Passenger Air-bag
    Power Steering
    Radio/Cassette
    Rear Wash Wipe
    Sunroof
    Tinted Glass
    Tow Bar
    Traction Control
    Trip Computer
But when I check my listing that I submitted, Its not showing all the options I ticked, Its only showing

    Air Bag
    Air Conditioning
    Alarm
    Alloy Wheels
    Anti-Lock Brakes
    Anti-Theft Device
    CD Player
    Central Locking
    Cruise Control
    Electric Hood
    Electric Mirrors
    Electric Seats
    Electric Windows
    Fog/Spot Lights
    Full Service History
    Immobiliser, Leather
    Metallic Paint
I am missing the following options even though I ticked them, Its not listing them.

    Passenger Air-bag
    Power Steering
    Radio/Cassette
    Rear Wash Wipe
    Sunroof
    Tinted Glass
    Tow Bar
    Traction Control
    Trip Computer
I know its down to the checkbox option, Because when I use the multiselect custom field it works fine.

If you check the detail page, You will see it works fine using Multiselect.

As I said earlier, it appears the html is the issue. Check it and clear up the issues that W3 found and that may fix your issues.

Don.t think the html is the issue,

I uploaded a fresh copy of the add.php and add_form.html, And still does the same with the checkboxes. All the other custom fields are working fine.

Not sure what the problem is, Maybe bug who knows?

It's not a bug with IndexU, otherwise the add form wouldn't work. It's a bug with your HTML as I've said in my last 3 posts.
