is there a key for 3.2?

Hi
I am trying to install 3.2, but after entering database and path info, it takes me back to same page.

I modefied application.php manually and also loadded the sql file, front page is okay, but when I try to login to admin, I am prompted to enter username and password again and again and again, I guess a cookie/session thing is missing

Please help

v3.2 has no key. Make sure register_globals = ON
