Linkhunter Mod - No. Added Links toplist

I would like to add a page where the top XX members are listed according to how many links they have added.

I also want the No. links submitted displayed in the member profiles.

Does anyone know if this is possible, how long it would take to do and of course...how much will it cost me?

sounds like that could be a interesting mod, maybe you could get a banner network script and change it abit...

I would rather have a custom mod for my links.
