Want to see Indexu as an article directory, come and see it at:

I think it is better than most available script, especially the search. Tell me what you think.

Yes dashboard look nice but it is encrypted!!
You can also try 99articles (http://99articles.com) but it is slow. I you want I got a bug free 99articles. You can compare Indexu "articles" with 99articles.

Both domain are on the same server and contain the same number of links (over 27.000).

let me know if you plan to upgrade, I have a hack for 5.0 or 5.0.1 with FCK editor integration so users and admin can write their news with a good editor, add images and so on.

Also I have a mod to create thumbs of the uploaded images..

But my main problem is time, Dodies update system (is their one ?) is so confus that it is really hard work to compare every update with my own changed files (I have a lot of changes and bugfixes)...

Thank you for your kind offer. As of this moment I do not know if I like 5.1.0 better than 3.2. The principal advantage of the new version was the payment options but thanks to EMS I already had that.
I have both version working, same database content same server I am not sure which one is faster.

in my opinion v5 but if you really like to compare it count the time php needs.

In my opinion the big advantage of v5 is the template system - you can solve so much problems with Smarty which are only with hard coded php possible in v3...

I think you are right. Could you send me your hacked version? You might be interested with mine (I just hack the templates) in mine you just have to edit footer to add ads in the right of the screen. It is convenient if you have to change it.

I think you spelled it wrong and had to find a new URL.
