Errors

I keep getting errors in my log file:

[26-Feb-2006 18:41:38] PHP Warning: fopen(cache/index_option=com_dwodp&c=/World/Polska/Leksykon/.html): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/photolot/public_html/index.php on line 208


There are thousands of these errors in the logs. Can someone help me with these???
