enhanced mailing list features required

Hi all,
I am looking for someone who can help me mod my mailing list feature of indexu to do the following.

1.select either all or an additional item besides webmaster,editor called ick site owner" .

2.To be able to pull in the variables that are used within indexu in the actual mailing.

An example mailing to the selected pick site owners would contain :

Each Sunday morning you will receive an e-mail with the total hits your site got for the past week so you can optimize your description at any time to increase your hits.

If you wish to be removed from future mailings please send us the following
reference Link id#: <%ID%> and we will remove
you promptly from our search engine database.

Your current information is as follows for your link:
Link Id#: <%ID%>
Title: <%Title%>
Current description:<%Description%>
Current Category<%Category%>
Current Hits:<%Hits%>
Date added to our search engine:<%DateAdded%>.

of course all <%variable%> would be filled in with the individual recipients actual information.

when you say "total hits your site got for the past week" the hits variable is cumulative from inception to date. is that what you want?

I may work on this some. #1 is unclear.

It is just reporting the cumalitive hits. Up to the advertiser to calculate how many hits between mailings.
Unless since this is MuSql this additional variable is possibe Esm
