    How can I write some code for user can download file "doc", "html" when user click at links
    love same as glass rose

    It's already there. Just go to admin area ->
    application -> setup -> Allowed File Extention (at the buttom)

    Well ... people may open .doc with Word and open a browser window when download .html ....
