Addition of a framed return to site on top

I have this on one of my other sites and like it but i don't know if it can be implemented in indexu.
When a user clicks on a link they are sent to that site, but at the top of the page there will be a small frame that say back to my site... and close frame and maybe it could even have the rate it button there so they can rate the site while there looking at it...

Would this be hard to do?

I have seen this too. You should be able to pick up a free CGI script from www.hotscripts.com (I had a quick look - type in the search word "frame")

I have seen those before... I could install no problem but I though it would be nice to intergrate the rate it and dead link features so it would work seemlessly with indexu..

I'd also be very interested in such a feature. make it very customisable also to suit the individual sites' needs.

Have anyone successfully done this on their directory/portal ... ?? Kindly post some details as to how you have done this.
