Ability to search custom fields

I added a custom field such as "content" where people can add news or information about products. When I try to do a search for these news or product information no such luck.

Only searches that are in the title, and description show up. None of my custom fields such as address, phone number, fax or content show up.

I'd like to have some sort of search ability on custom fields.

Just a suggestion to think about.

I don't know if you have seen this yet but it does exactly what you want. I added a keyword custom field so people can choose the keywords they want. It works great and is easy to do.
