Nightly download bug or my error

I have set prices for basic, premium and sponsored, basic being free.
When I go to add.php to add a listing the only option I get is basic[free], premium and sponsored options are not listed in the dropdown list?
If I choose upgrade.php and upgrade the basic listing, premium and sponsored show up with the correct prices.
I want customers to have a choice from basic, premium and sponsored on the add.php page.
Am I doing something wrong ? or is this a bug?

I think we will get a lot of these questions, it seems to be a bit edgy, i have installed the svn version on 3 sites now and had this each time. Make sure you have the latest

: json.js , ajax.js, ajax.php, add_form.html and add.php files!

Try uploading the template theme files from the svn (renamed as kosmos2 if you made changes) and switch templates to see if the problem is with that.

Did that and now the dropdown selection has vanished altogether? re-uploaded my own theme and its gone from there as well now SPOOKY ?

I think this is a bug, i have got it working on my site but have had this problem. It says "fetch pricing not defined". maybe worth looking into it before 5.4 is released.
