Caching Issues - Major Problem!

I ahve added some categories and links
When I am entering the main screen I see the old original template, and only when I'm using param (i.e. index.php?4) I get the updated version
I see categories I've alreayd deleted (both using admin and manual deletion from databse)

HELP!!!!!

I'm not clear enough. Please provide me step by step to reproduce the error. Do you use indexu 5.3.0 or nightly build version?

have you deleted the cache files? you say you deleted the old categories. just not the cache files...

yes I did (I am not using cache in the app)
the only way I can overcome this problem is by using full link + demi-params:
e.g. /index.html?dfdfsf=sdfsd
problem also occurs in ie6
