Bugs in 5.3 (create new category and category order)

I believe I found 2 bugs in the admin section of IndexU v5.3.0. I'd like other users confirm these bugs.

To be sure that the bug was not due to a mistake from me (bcause I tried to modify some files), I verified all the structure of MySQL, field by field, and I uploaded again all the original files in the /admin and /admin_tpl folders.

The bugs are described below :

1) When I try to create a new category, nothing happens. Nothing visible on the site, and nothing in the database. I verified the creation in the root category and in other categories or subcategories.

2) When I modify something in an existing category (with "View/Edit/Delete" in the menu), the "Category Order" is set to zero (0). I must display "View Categories" again and put the right category order again to delete the "0" and replace it by the right number.

After creating the category, are you Updating your Categories?

You must update category path after create a category.

I try it and found nothing wrong.
- i set a category order to 10, it will goes to to bottom of the list
- i modify the category which i have set the order above to 10
- i check again in category view
everything look normal here

Yes... And in other tests, I also deleted the cache (in the admin section) and deleted the files in "template_c" to see all the possibilities.

To see the bug, I preceeded like that :
- I set a category order for each category
- I opened a category to modify for example the title, description or keywords
- I confirmed the modification ("Edit Category" button)
- I came back to the list of the categories (View/Edit/Delete menu )(with O, B, P, S).
- And here I observed on the list of categories that a zero appeared on the modified category, and this category (it's normal) is propulsed to the top, before category 1 (0 is before 1).

I tried a lot of things, looking at every file one after the other, verificating my own modifications, looking in the fields of the database, etc.

I also discovered that I forgot to upload "filters" folder, but this folder made me more worries...

The solution was to launch again install/install.php
