idesk e-mail processing
Hi Bruce,
Can not seem to get the flow correct to use the e-mail processing.
there are two setups for e-mails.
One in the general setup which I put for example support@atozfitness.com
then in e-mail processing I setup atozsupport@atozfitness.com
I would think if you send a ticket to atozsupport@atozfitness.com pop account this ticket would get processed via cron which it does.
However it is sending the ticket via support@atozfitness.com which is the general setting e-mail account.
So if I reply to a ticket by e-mail it goes to support@atozfitness.com and not to the pop e-mail processing account.
What is the correct flow as the manual does not show anything other then using both the same e-mail for general setup as well as pop processing.
