Hi,

I just purchased iDesk and set it up recently, and everything is going well. I'm wondering if there is an easy way to add fields to the New Ticket form. (for example, I would like my hosting customers to include their domain name when they submit a ticket, and I would like a specific field in the form for them to enter it).

Does anyone have a suggestion or know how?

PS - Would be really cool if their "Profile" could include relevant information like this too.
