Fatal Eror

I get this error when I try to access PrLoader:

The encoded file /home/dailypho/public_html/prloader/lib/prloader.php has expired or is corrupt.

I tried reuploading in Binary twice and still get the error.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hello? Is this product even supported? I sent in a help desk ticket also on this and still have not had a reply?

Should I ask for my money baack? This does not work.

I have called my CC company and told them this was a fraudulant charge since the software does not work and no one responds to help tickets or support forums.
