I have a problem with the parse step as shown in the picture

how can i solve it

Unfortunately you can't.

It looks like there's been an undocumented change to the RDF files at DMOZ. The categories and links still extract fine, but when the DMOZ Extractor is done that error pops up. This was first noticed on Tuesday of this week.

This means we'll need to change our release schedule around to focus on getting a new version out which, to be honest, is badly needed anyways.

I don't know a time frame however, as I've asked for a TON of features and improvements which will be added to the next version.
