Thumbs down Fatal Error: Incorrect document syntax

I wish I could use DMOZ extractor, but the registration key I got doesn't work. Have emailed nicecoder but no response yet....

Anyway, in the meantime am using the demo version to get aquainted. But it doesn't even work.

    I get:

Fatal Error: Incorrect document syntax as an error popup.

My file type is: Category heirarchy
    RDF File: structure.rdf.u8.gz
    Set a root: Top/Sports/Soccer

BUT no good.... does this program work I wonder? Or is mine corrrupt?

About your license key, we will discuss it in your support ticket.

The error message you've got is said that you have incorrect document.
You need to extract the compressed gz file to normal text file structure.rdf.u8.gz become structure.rdf.u8
To do this you may use extraction tool such as winrar.

    Hi Dody,

Thanks for your feedback regarding the wrong format file I was using. Silly me...

    Cheers!
