Default DMOZ problem with set root

When I try to extract Open Directory - World: Nederlands: Webwinkelen (Top/World/Nederlands/Webwinkelen) I will get 0 results.

    What do I wrong?

All paths must end with a /

But I suspect that you dont get any results because of non-english characters in the path somewhere. It's well known that the current DMOZ Extractor can only do english language slices (iso8859-1). The new dmoz extractor which has been started will be able to do UTF-8 (almost any language available)

Great... when do you think we can have this new version?

Honestly not a clue, we're looking at 60 to 90 days I think. No estimate has been given to me by the programmer since it's so early in development.

The new dmoz extractor is a complete rewrite, so it's not going to be here tomorrow.
