I'm having problems registering the product, when I puchase it, it does not require me to enter company name, when I get all the license key I enter my name and the license key, it ask me to enter company name while i don't have one, i try to put my name on and it does not work, anyone having the same problem before?? i try to open up a trouble ticket but got no reply in 2 days. Can someone help me?

btw, when i enter my name as company name, it said the code is invalid or something like that..
