    Thumbs up Where Do I Download

    Howdy: I purchased the Bundled Package Yesterday and everything went through, money paid out etc etc So where do I download my products at?
    I was under the impression that I would be able to download albeit use the product right way and scheduled my time accordingly.

    Everything is automatic unless there was a problem with the order such as a delay from the credit card processor and the operation timed out.

    With the help desk down right now it's a bit of a pain. All I can do is to contact the programmer and get him to check on your order for you. It's 5AM there right now so it will be a while before he can do anything for you.

    I'm waiting with you (for a paid upgrade). In my case since Wednesday. Still no resolve. Good luck.

    The help desk is still down, so all I can do is suggest that you PM Dody or wait.

    I've PM him. I don't see why he'd be any more 'responsive' to that than to your direct emails (you emailed him back on Wednesday for me).

    Well when I emailed him I simply told him a ticket number he needed to look at. So he would have went to the help desk and looked (or searched) for the ticket number and then done whatever was needed.

    With the help desk down, he can't look at the ticket to find out whatever it says.

    I gathered from this that a bit more detail was being sent along than just a ticket number.

    In any event, at this point there have been PMs, board posts, perhaps a more detailed email or two from you, newspaper ads, apb's, smoke signals ...

    In any event, I obviously should not have assumed anything.

    I emailed Dody, and then I told you I emailed Dody. I didn't tell you what I sent so what ever you expected I can't control.

    I managed to catch John online as he was checking email before bed. It's 11:00 PM there but he helped me out with the licenses.

    CEC - He's not sure what he's doing with the upgrade, so hopefully it worked. If it didn't please let me know.

    candomike - your product should be in the client area now.

    Thanks Bruce, John. There is now (in addition to IndexU Single Domain License -- Extras Only) an entirely new license for IndexU Deluxe ... and it has no related Valid Registered Host(s) or Valid Registered IP(s). For the domain I upgraded, the only download available is still 5.4.1. Do you know if this is correct?

    Unhappy Error tring to download

    Howdy: Looks like everything is paid and setup but when I go to click Download any of the purchases in the Client member Area- I keep getting Error message saying License is Expired or Not Activated. It does this on all of the buttons to Download??
    All of the Buttons are there to Download but I keep getting the error over and over and can't download anything??? I'm very anxious to get this installed as I have shut my server down to install this in preparation....

    CEC, John didn't know what to do to upgrade your license, so he just gave you one.

    Remember to say thank you when you see him next.

    candomike, well John apparently isn't sure of what he's doing in the license area and it may be too late as he is currently marked as "away". He is in France and I believe he is 6 or 7 hours ahead of me which would put around 2AM there. I've messagaged him and if he is still around he will respond.

    I have to ask though, why would you need to shut a server down to install a script?

    Unhappy Download

    Ok for some reason I was able to download the PRanker and the dmoz extractor but not the Indexu deluxe or any of what looks like templates. So 2 Down and One to go lol

    because I am installing other software that I bought and with over a 100K members it's a royal pain in the (.) trying to do anything when they sneak in from every noon and cranny and it messes with my Mysql lol

    I just update one of my license to deluxe. I see the order but theres no view & download. How do i download it then.
