I hope it generates a lot of interest.

I'm looking around at different programs to do screen capture. A LOT of them suck, some programs like Camtasia seem geared towards specific OS's which also sucks because not everyone has Vista.

I'll let users know what I find.

I like Camtasia... Thats what I used to create that video I sent you. Very powerful and yet very easy to use. It has a nice, friendly GUI too

I know what you mean though... If your not a Vista user, your kinda stuck.

I've finished my search and found a decent program. It's called Hypercam and it's quite easy to use and if you decide to purchase it, the cost is only $40.

Camtasia is a big waste of a program and costs $300. Sure it's got more features but I'm always to do the same job and save money while I'm doing it. Since I know how to edit video and I've been doing it for 10+ years I don't need a built in editor like Camtasia has. Plus if you plan it all out, you can get your video in one shot anyways.

So here's to the new contest!

That's pretty pricy, getting up to the cost of Camtasia. Not that it isn't a good product, I was just trying to find something reasonably priced for the users here.
