svn for indexu deluxe and indexu 5.x.x

I updated svn and nightly build script to serve both indexu deluxe and indexu 5.x.x

Now everyone with valid indexu license will be able to use svn. After we release indexu deluxe and 5.4.1, they will be different. Indexu deluxe svn is only for indexu deluxe owner, and indexu svn will be for indexu 5.x.x owner.
